1 GF piecrust
5 tart apples
1 ½ c. black berries
¾ c. sugar
2½ T. minute tapioca
½ t. cinnamon plus (Pampered Chef)
Topping:
¼ c. sugar
½ c. GF mixed flour (2 c. white rice flour, 2/3 c. potato starch, 1/3 c. tapioca flour)
¼ c. butter
Line pie pan with crust. Mix sugar, tapioca and cinnamon in large bowl. Add apples (cored and sliced). Stir in blackberries. Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Topping:
Mix flour and sugar, cut in butter until you have course crumbs. Do not over mix. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
