1 egg
1/4 c. packed Brown sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. cinn.
2/3c. cooked pumpkin
1/1/2c. evaporated milk
Mix : egg beaten—add sugar –vanilla -- salt & spices. Stir in pumpkin & milk. Pour into greased custard cups. (makes 2 - 8 oz). Bake 325 for 20 min. Then put on topping and bake 15 min.
Topping:
1 T. brn. Sugar
2 t. flour (gf)
¼ t. cinn.
1 t. cold butter or oleo
1 T chopped nuts
Chop together until crumbly. Cool and serve with cool whip
