Crust:
1 1/2 cups Kinnikinnick Graham Style Cracker Crumbs
1 Tablespoon Margarine or butter melted
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 egg white whipped with a fork
1 teaspoon water
Mix together & press into a 9 inch pie pan & press up the edges. Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes & allow crust to cool.
Filling:
1 small box Hy-Vee instant vanilla pudding
1 small (8 oz) A.E. sour cream
1 cup milk
Mix all the above until smooth
Layer crust with sliced bananas
Pour filing on top of bananas
Place an other layer of sliced bananas on top of filing
Top with layer of cool whip
Chill & serve
