2 ¼ c GF Flour (Sylvan Border Farm)
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 t xanthan gum
2 eggs
1 c butter
¾ c granulated sugar
¾ c brown sugar
1 t vanilla
2 c chocolate chips
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill the dough at least 2 hours before baking. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. When cool, remove from the pan.
Variation: Substitute dried cranberries for the chocolate chips.
