1 C Margarine
4 eggs
1 ¾ C sugar
Mix together
Add dry ingredients next.
1 ¾ C white rice flour
1 ½ t GF baking powder
½ C sweet rice flour
1 t Tones vanilla
1 t xanthan gum
¼ t salt
2 cans cherry pie filling
Spread 2/3 dough into a greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling over the dough. Dot remaining dough on top of filling. Bake 350o for 50 minutes or until done.
