¼ cup butter
2 - 1 oz. squares baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup finely crushed G/F crispy rice cereal
½ cup chopped nuts
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar and peanut butter. Stir in egg. Stir in cereal, baking powder and nuts, mixing well. Spread in a greased 9x9 pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost if desired.
