DRESSING FOR POTATO SALAD/DEVILED EGGS

2 eggs
¼ c. apple vinegar (Heinz)
¼ c. water
1 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 T. French mustard
1 pt. Hellmann’s mayo
Cook 5 ingredients in double boiler until thickened. Cool. Add mustard and mayo. Store in refrigerator.
