Modified food starches and maltodextrin CAN contain gluten in some cases. Your safest bet is to call us (see number below) about any items that you are unsure about. Some of our items are not included on the attached list, because of possible ingredient changes that can occur from time to time. The item on the attached list are products which never had and never will have gluten.
