2 cups Kinnikinnick pizza crust mix
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
¾ cup water
¼ cup oil (I use Crisco all natural pure vegetable oil)
2 eggs
¼ cup rice flour (or substitute)
Butter or Margarine (Country Crock)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix together pizza crust mix, sugar and yeast.  Add water, oil and eggs.  Beat until well blended.  Let dough rise for approximately 20-30 minutes for best results.  Spoon out approximately ¼ cup of dough onto plate covered with rice flour.  Roll out to your satisfaction.  Bake for about 10-15 minutes.  Baking time will depend upon size.  Remove from oven and butter the tops lightly.
